Puro Potro is one of the few inexpensive and authentically made blanco tequilas certified additive-free. This easy-drinking, agave-forward blanco doesn't hide behind sweeteners and flavorings but instead offers a clean, pure agave flavor.

Puro Potro is made at NOM 1514 in the Degollado Valley. The highland agave used is harvested between 6 and 8 years of age at 1700-1800 meters. It is cooked in steel autoclaves for up to 16 hours before being crushed in roller mills.

The tequila is then fermented in stainless steel using Puro Potro's proprietary yeast strain for 72-80 hours. It undergoes double distillation on stainless steel with copper coils before bottling at 42% ABV.

Despite its low price point, Puro Potro packs a lot of character into the frosted bottle. "Potro" means "colt" in Spanish, but this tequila has no harsh kick. Instead, it offers a clean, agave-forward flavor profile, making it an excellent choice for sipping or mixing cocktails.

Why is beer available as in-store pick-up only?

However, due to the challenges of maintaining consistent temperature during shipping, we exclusively offer in-store pickup for our craft beers.
