Tasting Notes
- Aroma: a complex aroma with notes of smoky Cypress wood, earthy agave, and hints of fruit or floral sweetness (jasmine, honey suckle, orange blossom), and citrus peel.
- Taste: The initial taste is slightly sweet and fruity, with flavors of white flowers (jasmine, honey suckle, orange blossom), citrus peel, and cooked agave. Followed by a smoky, woody taste from the Cypress wood fermentation, with a slightly herbal finish.
- Texture: The mouthfeel is smooth and slightly oily, with a moderate alcohol burn that fades quickly. It has a medium to full body with a slightly viscous texture.
