The aging process amplifies the present qualities of our gold medal-winning Añejo, resulting in an even richer color, aroma, and flavor.

This premium tequila offers a multi-layered palate of sweet oak, pepper, and butterscotch, finishing with a rich and lingering complexity highlighted by vanilla, oak, and sweet cooked agave notes. The exquisite taste is a testament to the brand's commitment to quality and tradition, making it perfect for sipping or as a luxurious addition to any cocktail.

CABAL EXTRA AÑEJO is made using the same production process as our other expressions, overseen by Maestro Jimador Eduardo S. Lara and Maestro Tequilero Alvaro Montes. The agaves are baked in a 32-ton Mason oven for 42 hours, utilizing natural yeast for fermentation for 72 hours, and double-distilled to perfection before being placed in oak barrels to rest for 36 months.
