  • Regarding tasting notes, the nose is immediately greeted with the rich aroma of dried stone fruit, with apricot and white peach taking the lead. The scent of raisin sweetness, agave, clove, cardamom, oak, and melted butter further enhances the olfactory experience.
    Upon tasting, the palate experiences cooked agave, black pepper, stone fruit, a hint of saltiness, barrel flavors, clove, and an abundance of dark chocolate.
