Mezcal Legendario Domingo - Julian Saenger founded Mezcal Legendario Domingo in 2012. As a Mexican native, he deeply loves mezcal production and has been involved in the production, marketing, brand launches, and supporting the category in Mexico.
He created the brand in partnership with the Velasco family, focusing on the celebration as the main theme, reflected in the Papel Picado design of the brand's labels.
Each label showcases a different mezcal-producing region in Mexico, emphasizing each area's unique terroir and distillation traditions.
Legendario Domingo produces Palenque and regional mezcals, accentuating the terroir and capturing each wild-fermented, artisanal production's unique character, aromas, flavors, and mouthfeel.
