The cooked agave is then pressed with a roller mill and fermented in stainless steel tanks, ensuring a clean and precise fermentation process. The resulting tequila is aged for two years in a carefully selected combination of American and French oak barrels, imparting a rich, complex character. Created by the esteemed Master Distiller Gildardo Partida, Adictivo Añejo Black Tequila represents a harmonious blend of tradition and modern technique.
