This Reposado tequila embodies the following specifications: NOM 1438, aged six months in American white oak barrel pipones. It undergoes fermentation in the open air, prepared using a stone/brick oven for agave roasting, crushed using a roller mill, and distilled twice to perfection. The water used in the process is sourced from a volcanic spring, further enhancing its unique qualities. Siempre Reposado is classified as super-premium and proudly bears the 100% Blue Weber agave designation. The agave is sourced from a 50/50 blend of highland and lowland regions, contributing to its extraordinary character. It contains 40% alcohol by volume (40% Alc/Vol. / 80 Proof). It is crafted without additives, except for adding aguamiel collected from the ovens after cooking the agave and extra-Añejo tequila, which adds depth and complexity.
