Pasión Ancestral presents a truly rare and captivating spirit, an Ensamble that masterfully marries two distinct traditions: the robust earthiness of Arroqueño Agave (a prized maguey from Oaxaca) with the bright, herbaceous power of Dasylirion Cucharilla (a plant known for making Sotol in the northern regions). Distilled with ancestral methods, this 50/50 blend creates a complex and deeply authentic expression that bridges the diverse ecosystems of Mexico.

Tasting Notes
- Aroma: A fascinating duality. The initial bouquet is a rush of the high desert: fresh pine resin, mint, and rosemary from the Cucharilla, followed by the deep, resonant notes of the Arroqueño—dark cherry, cacao, and wet stone minerality.
- Palate: Rich, round, and electrifyingly complex. The texture is viscous and coats the mouth.
