Gozona Pechuga of Red Fruit is a rare and celebratory expression of agave spirit, crafted using the revered Pechuga tradition. After the base spirit is distilled, it undergoes a third and final distillation with a careful selection of wild red fruits (such as strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries), botanicals, and a suspended turkey or chicken breast. The breast never touches the liquid but acts as a unique filter, adding an unparalleled richness and silky mouthfeel to the final product.
This ceremonial spirit captures the rich, smoky-sweet balance reserved for Oaxaca's most special occasions.
