The distillery uses a combination of traditional and modern equipment for the production of tequila. The cooking process employs stone/brick ovens and an autoclave for high-pressure cooking. The extraction process utilizes a roller mill, while the fermentation process is carried out in stainless steel tanks. The company uses 100% agave as well as mixto tequila.
The distillation process is carried out in copper and stainless steel pots. The aging process uses American White Oak barrels, both new and used, and bourbon barrels. The water source for the tequila is a deep well.
