On Saturday, May 30th (3-6 PM), we invite you to discover Condesa Gin.
Distilled in the artistic "Colonia Condesa" district, this gin is a far cry from your standard London Dry. It is a celebration of Mexico's extraordinary biodiversity and ancestral heritage.
What we are tasting:
The Clásica: Winner of a 2025 Gold Medal at the Bartender Spirits Awards. Expect a meditative blend of resinous Palo Santo and desert sage.
The Xoconostle (Prickly Pear): A fresh, floral, and fruity expression that captures the essence of a Mexico City spring. Perfect for a refreshing G&T or a bright Negroni.
