Hailing from Santa María Sola de Vega, master distiller Rafael "Rafa" Garcia Aragon produces these extraordinary spirits using 16th-century traditions, including fermentation in local wood canoes and double distillation in clay pots. Come by the shop to explore their rare wild agave expressions, from vibrant floral notes to rich, earthy, and mineral-driven profiles.
