Produced by Taller Astrafilia in Mexico City, Granicera uses a base spirit distilled from heirloom Chiapas corn and macerates over 30 native Mexican herbs, roots, and spices.
What We Are Pouring:
- Granicera Perfil Cítrico: Bright, crisp, and citrus-forward with notes of Mexican lime, orange, and lemon verbena.
- Granicera Perfil Herbal: A secret garden of sage, earthy botanicals, and classic juniper.
- Granicera Perfil Especiado: A warm, complex spirit featuring cinnamon, black pepper, and chili-esque warmth balanced by cooling citrus.
