Grown on steep, high-altitude slopes in the Sierra Mixe, Alambique Serrano uses 100% fresh sugarcane juice fermented with wild yeasts and distilled in traditional copper stills. Free from added sugars, colorings, or chill-filtration, these rums showcase pure Oaxacan terroir at its finest.

Come sample through their impressive range of unaged expressions, cask finishes, and high-proof releases while chatting with our team about what makes these spirits so unique.
