Originating from the lowlands of Jalisco, this expression builds upon the foundation of estate-grown Blue Weber agave cooked in traditional stone ovens. After distillation, the spirit rests thoughtfully in selected oak barrels. The wood aging subtly enhances the agave's natural character with soft bakery spices, light caramel, and gentle vanilla notes without masking its distinct terroir.

Tasting Notes

Color: Bright straw with golden amber highlights and smooth, persistent legs along the glass.
